The shoes come in three versions: The Midlander, a shoe for new minimalist runners designed to aid in moving from heel striking to midfoot and forefoot striking. Nike x UNDERCOVER – Gyakusou Fall/Winter 2012 Collection

Following up on the Gyakusou Fall/Winter 2011 collection, which was entitled Running Monks, UNDERCOVER designer and founder Jun Takahashi has named the latest Fall/Winter 2012 collection, Autumn Monks. Once again, Takahashi looks to traditional Japanese motifs and colors for inspiration, resulting in garments that are produced in deep purple, light gray with blue tint, vivid blue, black, and dark red tones throughout both the men’s and women’s lines. Takahashi also paid close attention to details; in particular, he created a camouflage-like print pattern based on fallen cedar leaves.

Distinguishing the men’s range is the use of bold color schemes, material play, and refined, tailor-made silhouettes. On the other hand, women’s items accentuate femininity, while employing innovative details such as pleats and pin-tacks to maximize mobility. Lastly, a pair of Nike Lunarspeed Lite+AP and Nike Free 3.0 V4 sneakers in matching palette completes the capsule collection.

Nike Sportswear x Liberty Collection Free 5.0 | Nike

The summer installment of NIKE Sportswear's Liberty collection hits the market on April 2, featuring the Cortez, Air Max One and Nike FREE 5.0 dressed in the brand's iconic prints

The first drop focuses on Liberty's Lagos Laurel print adorned on some of NIKE's classic Running styles. The Cortez, Air Max One and the Nike FREE 5.0 all get the treatment of one of Liberty's most talked about prints. The design is a 21st century take on the traditional psychedelic prints that form part of Liberty's heritage.

The Air Max One carries an 'imperial purple' version of the print which also features on the FREE 5.0 - also available in Sport Red and University Gold.

In May the collection will be extended with the addition of three Basketball styles the Blazer, Hyperclave and Dunk Sky High. The Dunk Sky High will feature a wedge heel inserted into the shoe.  Nike.com

Nike Roshe Run: Two Colorways | Sole Collector

Nike Sportswear unveils two more upcoming colorways for the Nike Roshe Run after officially introducing the all new silhouette to us just last week.

The chukka-styled runner features a full mesh upper and FREE-inspired Lunarlon sole, providing users with a look that's great for both running performance and everyday use. Two colorways will release alongside the debut "Iguana" pair, each working with a predominantly dark build. We'll see a simple combination of black mesh and a red Lunarlon sole, while the second pair will arrive in a sweet grey and yellow color scheme making for some unique Nike running shoes.
