Casio has a new version of the G-Shock out that is shock and water resistant up to 200m with full auto LED backlight, 1/100 Second Stopwatch and 4 daily alarms, Tough Movement automatically checks and adjusts hand positioning at fifty-five minutes after every hour despite extreme shocks and vibrations.  The G-Shock MTG 1500-1A features self-adjusting multi-band 6 atomic time keeping that receives time calibration signals from up to six transmission stations—two in Japan and one each in North America, the United Kingdom and Germany, plus a new station in China. The G-Shock MTG 1500-1A also features a small solar power panel.

Casio Exilim EX-FC100 9MP Digital Camera

I've got an old Exilim that I've really loved, just pop it in my pocket and good to go.  I also have a Nikon D40 that I use but the Exilim is a really nice addition for on-the-go but not cellphone camera shots.

Casio is coming out with a new version with high-speed 30 shot-per-second burst rate and high-speed movies at a maximum of 1000 fps; ability to capture a still image while viewing the movement of the subject in slow motion and automatically selecting and saving one frame from continuous shots.

The Exilim EX-FC100 measures only 3.9 inches wide, 2.3 inches high and .9 inches thin. It features a 5x optical zoom lens with CMOS shift anti-shake function and a 2.7-inch high-performance Super Clear LCD. This high-speed model also has an effective 9.1-megapixel resolution.

Canon Vixia HF10 Flash Based Video Camera

I've been trying to decide on a new video camera and like the small size of the Canon HF10 which weighs 15.1 ounces with SD card and battery and measures 2.9 by 2.5 by 5.1 inches.  It used flas-based memory using 16GB built-in flash memory and a slot for SDHC removable flash.  CNET reviewed the Canon FH10 last year and gave it high marks, you can find it on amazon for around $600 now.

Lenovo IdeaPad S10 Mini-Notebook - NetBook

I've been interested in getting a netbook for the ultraportablility.  PC World reviewed a number of them recently and I liked the Lenovo S10.  The S10 has a 9.8-by-7.3-by-0.9-inch frame and a 10.2-inch, 1024-by-600-resolution display.

They also pointed out the IdeaPad S10 also has the largest hard drive seen on a mini-notebook to date, a 5400-rpm, 160GB platter-based hard disk. One problem for me is the weght, due to the bigger hard drive - 3.6 pounds.

The S10 has the same 1.6-GHz Intel Atom CPU and 1GB of RAM as most of the other mini-notebook but beats them in the PCWorld tests.
