Simply move your hand over the top of the flask to turn it on and off. Raise and lower your hand to adjust the light from very dim to bright enough for reading. These instructions, should you forget them, appear as an iconographic display on the flask (printed on only one side, giving you the option of keeping this information visible or turned from view).
