Nokia's latest effort to take on iOS and Android is a new entrant in their Windows-powered Lumia Smartphone range, the 928. The new phone has their much hyped "PureView" photography solution which uses a 8.7 megapixel camera with a Zeiss F/2.0 lens for great low light photography and a big and bright, 334 PPI 4.5 inch OLED display. As for power, the phone has a 1.5GHz dual core processor, 1GB of RAM, and 32GBs of storage.
