Situated near Table Rock Lake in Missouri, Postcard House by Hufft Projects, was inspired by the Polaroid camera. Featuring thin white vertical and horizontal panels that border the house’s exterior, the design is reminiscent of the iconic printouts from the vintage camera. Wood paneling on the exterior adds to the retro design, while large windows and terraces allow for unobstructed views of the nearby lake. The interiors were created to match the architectural facade, with pre-finished metal and stained cedar carried across inside the home. The resulting effect translates to a retro-modern house that is suited to its location amidst nature.
