2015 Aston Martin Vanquish

Aston Martin‘s ultimate grand tourer sees a modest evolution with the introduction of the 2015 Vanquish. Most of the changes come under the hood as both the coupe and convertible Volante are highlighted by the inclusion of the new eight-speed Touchtronic III automatic gearbox and an uprated AM29 V12 engine. Coupled with reprogrammed Bosch electronics, the new setup gives the Vanquish 568 hp and 465 pound-feet of torque, thus allowing it to sprint from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.6 seconds before hitting a top speed of 201 mph. Rounding out the most notable upgrades are new dampers, which are 15% stiffer at the front and 35% at the rear of the vehicle.

If you own a Tesla Roadster, Elon Musk has a pretty special Christmas gift for you. The Tesla founder has announced the latest update to the all-electric roadster and it's one one bombshell of an announcement.

The Roadster was the very first car to use a lithium ion cell in a production vehicle and that was way back in 2008. Things have progressed since then and the company has found a cell that has 31% more energy than the original battery.

That updated cell gives you a range of over 400 miles. Yes, 4-0-0 miles. That's a huge increase from the original's 245 miles. So much for range anxiety. The cars will also be getting an aerodynamic upgrade that will reduce drag and new tires will help decrease rolling resistance.

Reviving the likes of the Roadmaster, Chief and Chieftain in just three years, Polaris Industries is focused on returning the Indian brand name to the forefront of the motorcycle industry. For its latest resurrection, Polaris redesigned the popular Indian Scout, the first all-new rendition in over 70 years. Incorporating the model’s trademark “rigid” triangular shape, the 2015 Scout is built with a cast aluminum frame to make it the lightest in its class, albeit weighing more than 560 lbs. With a solo tan leather bucket seat sitting 25 inches off the ground, a 61.5-inch wheelbase, and a 31-degree lean angle, this model is expected to be one of the more sportier cruiser-style bikes on the market. Furthermore, power is supplied through a liquid-cooled, 1133cc V-twin engine that delivers 100 horsepower and 71-pound-feet of torque through a six-speed overdrive transmission. Available in black, red, matte grey and matte black, the Indian Scout retailing at about $11,000 USD.

Nike Re-releases the ZVEZDOCHKA

Nike celebrates the 10th anniversary of an innovative sneaker that might just still be ahead of its time, the ZVEZDOCHKA. The futuristic sneaker was inspired by Marc Newson's idea to create a multi-purpose shoe for Russian Cosmonauts and thus, the ZVEDZDOCHKA was born. Named after a Russian space dog launched into orbit in 1961, the entire shoe was designed on a computer and features a unique, modular design that could be worn in multiple ways.

The shoe consists of four parts: The perforated outer cage, the interlocking outsole, the innersleeve, and the insole. This modular design also made it sustainable due to the lack of adhesive which would normally be used in a more traditional construction. The shoe will be available at NikeLab.com and select NikeLab locations on December 29th.
