Dyson 360 Eye robot vacuum cleaner will finally be available in the spring of next year after 16 years of research and development. Features include a 360° panoramic camera, enabling the robot to view the whole room at once, which creates a detailed floor plan to avoid obstacles and to determine what parts of the room haven’t been cleaned yet. The 360 Eye has an energy efficient high-speed digital motor and cyclone technology to ensure that the vacuum has a long battery life without sacrificing performance. Dyson has also created a smartphone app to allow users to schedule a clean-up while they’re away from home.
