Demonstrating Matsuda’s keen eye for detail and love of classic Americana, the timeless hunting-inspired boot returns this season with new leather options and a more wearable, shortened mid-length iteration. Available in “wax red,” the shorter Maine Guide 6 Eye Boots feature familiar elements like premium tanned leather uppers, hand-stitched moccasin toes, Goodyear Storm welts and Vibram soles, along with contrasting tan tongues for some visual pop. Streetwear staple Stussy has collaborated with The North Face once again. After teaming up with Undefeated to produce a tiger camo-printed Berkeley hiking boot two years ago, the brands have developed a new pair for the upcoming winter season. Crafted primarily for inclement weather conditions, the snow-shot 6″ boots feature a soft black nubuck upper and a water-resistant rubber midsole. Minor hints of royal blue appear along the boot’s toe area, bottom, and on the laces. Stussy’s logo is printed on the insole, next to The North Face’s emblem

Native Sons Seeger and Dharma

Native Sons is taking it back to the rounded optical styles with a couple of new frame additions: the Seeger and the Dharma. The Dharma (above) is a style designed after the antique mountain climbing glasses which were depicted in the Kerouac novel "The Dharma Bums." The frame is made from a cotton-based acetate and is then hand polished and matched with a white gold-plated clip-on with polarized lenses. Inspired by and named after composer and teacher, Charles Seeger, the wire frame is as classic as it gets with its antique gold plating and matching polarized green lenses.

STUSSY Livin’ GENERAL STORE collaborates with Japanese footwear label MoonStar on a similar silhouette from past collections. This time the boots come in a timeless black and white version or in dark brown and black. Both models feature a canvas upper paired with a rubber mudguard wrapped around the entirety of the shoe. Nike x Undercover Gyakusou Free Flyknit 3.0

Once again Nike team with the founder of Undercover, Jun Takahashi, to create the Holiday 2015 edition of the NikeLab x Undercover Gyakusou running collection. Takahashi’s unique take on running apparel artfully blends leading Nike technical innovation with the unique identity that the Undercover label has become renowned for.

For the footwear portion of the collaboration, Takahashi offers the Gyakusou Free Flyknit 3.0. Featuring a Flyknit upper and Nike's Free 3.0 out sole unit, the model is finished with contrasting laces and swoosh branding to the side.

Hiroshi Fujiwara‘s fragment design collaboration with Nike. This silhouette combines the mesh and suede upper of the classic LD-1000, which happens to be Fujiwara’s favorite Nike design, with the sole unit of Roshe Run to create a slick duo-tone affair. Nike Air Max 95 QS "Halloween"

Accompanying the influx of horror movie marathons in anticipation of a certain October holiday, Nike unveiled the 2014 Air Max 95 QS “Halloween” edition. Inspired by the mummification process, this retro runner sports an off-white, linen-like upper that blends into three different hues of grey traveling down to the midsole. Additional Halloween-inspired details include glow-in-the-dark effects at its heel, outsole, Air bubbles and eyestays, as well as an eerie eye motif stitched on each tongue and a set of rope-like laces.

Back in 1963, Red Wing designed the 888 SuperSetter boot with baseball player Ted Williams in hopes of crafting a superior sport boot. After 51 years, the company is bringing it back re-imagined as the 8180 Kangatan Green. The boot features an oil tanned leather upper in classic moc green, Goodyear Welt construction, nickeled brass equipment and a Traction Tred outsole.
