The Exige is a car that needs no introduction, a favorite of enthusiasts worldwide, the performance car has garnered a loyal following for its purist approach to motoring. For their new Sport 350 model, the company has put the car on a diet and have created the fastest and lightest Exige in the model's history.
The 350 Sport gets a serious reduction in weight, over 100 lbs that involved the company focusing on a lighter battery, a louvered tailgate panel, lighter engine mounts, lighter HVAC pipework, and more. Performance from the supercharged V6 delivers 345 hp allowing it to hit 0-60 in 3.7 seconds and a top speed of 170 mph. When fitted with the 6-speed automatic option, the Exige can still put down a very impressive 0-62 time of 3.8 seconds.
